  • How do I become a member?
    You can register using the Log in / Sign up Button at the top left of the Page or by going here. As this is a wholesale website, an ABN number will be required to register.
  • Checkout / Cart Help
    If you are having difficulty checking out, try some of the below solutions. 1/ If the checkout page or cart page is not loading or the screen is blank, try refreshing the page using your browser or by pressing the "F5" key. 2. If the checkout page is still not working you can try using a different browser or a mobile device. Still having Issues? Don't worry you can contact us anytime by using the information above
  • Deliveries
    1/ Perth Metro delivers are generally delivered weekly on each Friday, we try our best to deliver within a 2 day period, but please allow up to 5 days. 2/ If Incense fragrance is included in your order the delivery time is generally longer.
  • How to use a Code or Coupon
    If you have a vaild Code/Coupon that you want to add to your purchase, you can simply add it in to your checkout page found on the bottom. 1. Add items to your cart (keep in mind some coupons require certain items) 2. Go to the checkout page and look for the enter a promo code section 3. Click the option and type in your code. A green tick will appear if the code is valid and working A red X will appear if you cart doesn't have valid items or isn't a valid code
  • Payments & Account Payments
    1/ Account Payments are now automatic at checkout via PayPal. 2/ Payments can be made by Direct Debit or via PayPal upon issue of invoice, Bank Account details are at bottom of Invoice. 3/ COD, Cash on Delivery can be accepted, but please have cash ready as per order on day of the delivery. EFT can be processed and sited by delivery person, (But we will require texted receipt confirming payment). 4/ If you have a 7 day account, please pay on or prior the 7th day, same as, 14, 21 or 30 day account, please do the right thing, saves stress and anxiety. If you require extra time to process your payment, please communicate prior due date to make future payment arrangements.
